Summary
The Doctor of Social Work (DSW) program at Long Island University is seeking part-time adjunct instructors to teach courses in its synchronous online program.
Key Responsibilities
- Teaches assigned courses using approved curriculum materials.
- Provides regular, timely, and substantive feedback to students.
- Supports student progress toward course objectives and learning outcomes.
- Maintains consistent engagement in a synchronous online environment.
- Collaborates effectively with program faculty and staff.
Minimum Qualifications
- Applicants must hold an MSW from a CSWE-accredited program. A doctorate in social work or a related field is preferred.
- Candidates should have a minimum of three years of post-MSW professional experience.
- Prior college-level teaching experience is preferred.
