Key Responsibilities:- Collaborates with Director, faculty/staff/students to build a community of practice
- Coordinates Summer STEM Academy activities and experiential learning
- Coordinates Service-Learning opportunities
- Assist in the execution of events and programming, including workshops, seminars, guest
lectures, and university events
- Collaborate with Network with Project Director, faculty, staff and students to
develop and enhance undergraduate research and programming
- Coaches and/or mentors students using a range of strategies to build efficacy
and competency among mentors/mentees
- Creates mentorship program of students underrepresented in STEM Fields
Education Requirements: Training, Skills, Knowledge, Experience: - Excellent oral and written communication skills
- High energy and enthusiasm to work with faculty/staff/industry leaders/ peers
- Actively involved in current trends in research development
- Strong Interpersonal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of STEM fields and licensing requirements
Working Conditions: - On Campus, flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, may be required to execute the position’s
role
