Job Description
Position Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule training and professional development opportunities for all stakeholders on specific topics focused on Mental Health Awareness Training (MHAT) such as mental health literacy, identification of at-risk students, mandated reporting and the implementation and fidelity of evidence-based interventions
- Maintain thorough and accurate records, files and correspondence to document and evaluate services provided
- Submit training data to evaluate the effectiveness of trainings and professional developments
Training, Skills, Knowledge, Experience:
- Strong interpersonal skills that support interacting with families and school/agency personnel
- Strong organizational and data collection skills
Education Requirements:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred.
Working Conditions:
- Typical office setting with privacy, required regular travel to various locations throughout Long Island and occasionally work hours will be required during nights and weekends.
Materials and Equipment:
- Computer, copier, scanner, wireless access, phone and fax.
