Job Description
Position Summary:
The Video Coordinator/Quality Control- LIU Football position will assist with all aspects of an
NCAA Division I Football Program. Long Island University (LIU) seeks a detail-oriented and
technically skilled Video Coordinator/Quality Control person to play a critical role in the daily
operations of the LIU Football team by managing all video-related functions, including film
capture, breakdown, analysis, and distribution. The successful candidate will work closely with
the LIU Football coaching staff to enhance team performance, support scouting and recruiting
efforts, and maintain the video and technology infrastructure of the program.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- High level college coaching experience
- Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations and a record of compliance
- Attention to detail
- Positive interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
- 4 years football experience at the Division 1 NCAA level
- An established applicable recruiting network
- Experience with clinic/camp implementation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, QuickTime, iMovie
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Ability to create and provide analysis using video or data
- Proficiency in video editing and analysis software
