Purpose or role of the position within the organization (Basic Function and Scope of Responsibilities):
Maintain the Food Laboratory Space and Replenish Supplies
Duties and Principal Responsibilities:
Weekly shopping at Shop and Stop for food lab supplies
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen
Education Requirements: LIU student enrolled in an active degree program
Training, Skills, Knowledge, Experience:
Rate of Pay: minimum hourly rate: $17 per hour
Period of employment: Begin Date: 2026 End Date: 6/30/2026

Comparison of items bought vs items requested, cleaning checklisted
