Adjunct Faculty – Data Analytics Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Long Island University – Post Campus The Entrepreneurship and Innovation Department at Long Island University’s Post Campus is seeking qualified part-time lecturers to teach in-person undergraduate and graduate courses in Data Analytics. Qualifications:
• A master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Quantitative Analysis, or a closely related field is required.
• A terminal degree, relevant industry experience, and college-level teaching experience are highly preferred. Ideal candidates will:
• Be proficient in two or more of the following analytical tools: Excel, MySQL, Python, R, Tableau, and Power BI
• Be able to teach two or more of the following subjects: Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing, Big Data Analytics, Cryptography, and Genomics
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills
• Show a strong commitment to engaging, motivating, and challenging students
• Be available to teach on a flexible schedule, which may include daytime courses
Salary Range:$1,000-$1,350 per credit
