Job Description

Title: Student Success Ambassador
Report to: Associate Dean of Students
Job Description
The mission of the Student Success Ambassador is to serve as representative of Long Island University to prospective and continuing students and their families. Working within the Center for Student Success & Coaching, serving as a student ambassador in planned campus events and office initiatives.
Job Requirements to be considered for the position of Student Success Ambassador,
• Students must be a currently enrolled student in full-time status for the current fall or spring term
• Minimum cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.0
• Be in good judicial standing
• Students must also be very energetic, outgoing, and personable.

Job Responsibilities
• Providing courteous and responsive assistance
• Assist with inquiries via phone and in person
• Other duties as assigned by the staff within the Center for Student Success & Coaching
