Supervisor: Name: Abigail Torres

Title:  Secretary Level 6

Purpose or role of the position within the organization (Basic Function and Scope of Responsibilities):  Clerical Tasks, Assist Chair, Faculty and staff

 

Duties and Principal Responsibilities:Provide assistance to Directors, Faculty and Staff. Typical clerical duties of filing, scanning, answering phones,preparing and delivering mailings and materials, and information gathering data entry. Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and good written and oral communication skills are required.

 

 

Education Requirements: LIU student enrolled in an active degree program

Training, Skills, Knowledge, Experience: Proficiency with MS Word, Excel; good written and oral communication skills..

Rate of Pay: minimum hourly rate $17 HR

Period of employment: Begin Date: 9/4/2024 End Date: 5/9/2025
