Purpose or role of the position within the organization (Basic Function and Scope of Responsibilities):
Assist and support the Deans office with daily office operations.

Duties and Principal Responsibilities: 
Administrative duties including strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, answering phones, forwarding inquiries to appropriate areas, duplicating, filing, scanning, running errands and interfacing with campus departments. Students are expected to be professional, punctual, reliable and organized with a strong work ethic.

Education Requirements: LIU student enrolled in an active degree program

Training, Skills, Knowledge, Experience:
Rate of Pay: minimum hourly rate $17 HR
Period of employment: Begin Date: 3/1/2025 End Date: 5/9/2025

Evaluation procedures and schedules:
Schedule to be set up by the Student typically 2 days a week approximately 7-8 hours week
