Basic Function and Scope of Responsibilities: 

  • The office of the Veterinary Technology Program is seeking an undergraduate student with capacity to complete various administrative tasks and support the program's faculty with daily office operations.
Duties and Principal Responsibilities:

  • Administrative duties including strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • answering phones, forwarding inquiries to appropriate areas
  • duplicating, filing, scanning, running errands as needed, 
  • interfacing with campus departments and working with computers and emails.
  • Outlook and Excel a plus.  
  • Applicants must be professional, punctual, reliable, highly organized, with a strong work ethic.

If applicable:
 tutoring undergraduates, you must have a recommendation from the faculty who teaches the course.
