Basic Function and Scope of Responsibilities:
- The office of the Veterinary Technology Program is seeking an undergraduate student with capacity to complete various administrative tasks and support the program's faculty with daily office operations.
- Administrative duties including strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
- answering phones, forwarding inquiries to appropriate areas
- duplicating, filing, scanning, running errands as needed,
- interfacing with campus departments and working with computers and emails.
- Outlook and Excel a plus.
- Applicants must be professional, punctual, reliable, highly organized, with a strong work ethic.
