Purpose or role of the position within the organization (Basic Function and Scope of Responsibilities):
The LIU Roc Nation School of Music, Sports & Entertainment is in search of Student Coordinators to work with School leadership.
Duties and Principal Responsibilities:
Assist in capturing, editing, and promoting content;
Assist in planning and managing events; Assist with reports, spreadsheets, and recruitment research;
Attend open houses and lead student tours and speaking engagements; Greet incoming guests;
Answer office phone and directing calls as needed; Assist with making copies, scanning, and filing documents for all Department Staff and Faculty;
Organizing the department (books, documents, restocking shelves and equipment with new supplies, etc.); and other responsibilities as determined by the supervisor.

Evaluation procedures and schedules: Student Workers will have monthly meetings with supervisor to discuss updated procedures, schedules and performance feedback.
